CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • A 50% deposit of your booking is required to reserve your accommodation.
  • Settlement of your account must be paid approximately 10 days prior to your arrival. There is no refund of this payment on cancellation of the reservation after this date. It is however possible to transfer the booking to another date if an arrangement is made with us more than 10 days prior to arrival.

  • During your stay you are expected to take good care of the property and the cabins therein.
  • At the time of full payment of the account a credit card number will be required.
  • Any damage to the cabin or property at the end of the stay may be charged to the credit card provided, or billed to the guest and may include the cost of repairing such damage, replacement of items or loss of income if applicable.
